If it's a 3.63 game it isn't possible atm. If a dump of that game exists then because there're versions of the games that need only 3.60 (some games released in the US need a FW >3.60 while the slightly earlier released JP version only needed 3.60 [and maybe then where translated with the help of english text from versions of the game from other consoles/PC, one example for that would be the
